  • What time should the accommodation be vacated?

    Our accommodation units must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • Why is it important to wear the identification wristband?

    The wristband ensures the safety of our guests and guarantees access to facilities only for registered tourists.

  • What time should the pitch be vacated?

    Pitches must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

  • How can I get access to the internet?

    Wi-Fi usage is free for our guests. Please go to the Reception Office to get your credentials (username and password).

  • When is the cashier's office open?

    The cash service is available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • How can I pay for my stay?

    The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. For cash payments, the maximum amount accepted in compliance with Italian law is 4999.99 Euros.

  • When can I access the pools and the gym?

    The pools are accessible from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while the gym can be used from 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:45 PM.

  • When are the quiet hours?

    Quiet hours must be respected from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Can daily visitors access the campsite?

    Only after being accepted by the office with a valid ID. The first hour of stay is free, after which the rate specified in the price list will apply.

  • Where is the nearest medical center?

    In our campsite, medical service is available on request. To book an appointment, please contact the Reception. For emergencies or needs outside this service, the nearest tourist medical center is located in Ca’ Savio (P.P.I. – First Aid Point).

  • How can I get to Venice?

    Motorboats to Venice depart from Punta Sabbioni, which is easily reachable by car by driving 5 km along Via Fausta, by bike along the cycling path, or by using public transport.

  • Where is the nearest bus stop?

    The stop is number 16 and is easily found by walking along Via Cavedalis, the road behind the reception office. The return stop is also number 16.

  • Where can I buy bus tickets?

    Tickets cannot be purchased on board; they can be found at the tobacconist's.

  • What are the times for public transport connections?

    There is a bus connection every half hour, followed by a boat connection to Venice.

  • How can I book a taxi?

    A taxi can be booked at the reception office. We recommend booking in advance of your departure.

  • Where can I rent bicycles?

    A bicycle rental service is available inside the campsite.

  • When and where do the typical markets take place?

    The markets are always held from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM on the following days: Monday in San Donà di Piave, Tuesday in Cavallino, Wednesday in Ca' Savio (fruits and vegetables), Thursday in Treporti, Friday in Jesolo Paese.

  • Where can I find shopping opportunities?

    The center of Jesolo is 10 km away, and the Noventa di Piave outlet is 35 km away.
